Missing Shipment

I placed an order on 9/22/2021 for 7 items in total. I received a package on 9/28/2021 containing 3 items. Looking under the my order tab on Thred Up it states my second shipment came in a separate box and was delivered at the same time. Wrong. It was 10:04am on a Saturday. I was home and grabbed it immediately. So now I am missing a box containing 4 items. Talking to a human is impossible. Nobody answers emails or chats. I want a refund of what I did not receive!

Lost package

It has taken over a month for the company to refund my account for a package I never received. I will never use them again!

User's recommendation: Use Poshmark instead of Thredup. Much better sevice.

Delays in delivery

I am frustrated with how long it takes to receive an order, customer service is difficult to reach and returns take way too long ie: weeks. I was finally able to chat w a rep. My order has now shipped and they allowed me to change the shipping address to catch up with me on the move. I love the concept of ThredUP and I am trying to amend my expectations. JC

User's recommendation: Don’t be in a hurry!! Otherwise a great company.

Would like an item returned

Hi, I recently sent a package of clothes to sell. I believe I accidentally added a hat that was not meant to be included in the package. Is there any chance you are able to send the hat back to me? Never recieved order

Sizes for chicos 1.5

Chico's 1.5 is not a medium. I work for Chico's for years and size one 6 + 8 and size 2 is medium start 10 to 12. Size 1.5 is a perfect size between 1 and 2. It is not a medium. My saved search is 4 1.5. You keep sending me messages more new items added to my search. When I open the message it all says mediums. You are losing me and other customers by calling it a medium. Please keep the 1.5 and your sizes. Thank you. Dominique Heller.

Lost package

I ordered my package 3 weeks ago. It was shipped Fedex and it has been sitting in the wrong town for 5 days. When I contacted Thredup they told me they would email Fedex and it could take 5 days to hear a reply. I told them the problem is the wrong address and they said they have to wait for a reply by e-mail from FedEx. I will not use them again.onDD

My two orders are missing

I couldnt connect with ThredUP by phone, chat or email. Their customer service in non-existent. This is the first time I have trouble with them, but Im reaching my breaking point and will contact my bank to get my money back.

Problem with placing an order

I went to place an order today through thread up and realized after I found 21 items over a couple hours I was signed in under my business partners email account. I didnt want to take a chance of losing all the clothes so I place the order through her email and her credit card to her address losing out on any promo codes that I may have had through my own. I was trying to figure out if I could transfer it to my email and credit card?

Delay

My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday and it is now Tuesday I am no longer going to be where my package was supposed to be delivered as I am on my way to the airport as we speak. FedEx will not allow me to pick up the package and i will no longer be at the location! I need you to change it bc fedex said to contact you guys!

Unsatisfactory contact procedures

I need to return an item that was purchased. There is no customer number, order number or other contact info to directly speak to someone about my issue. Im going in circles.
