Question about a return of two damaged dresses
Two dresses received on Fri. 1/30 were damaged.
I wanted to return them and speak with someone, but am unwilling to pay $5 for that privilege. Just wanted to know where I should return the dresses, one of which had a black mark on the sleeve and the other had "water marks" on the vertical brown stripes.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The order now has gone to the wrong facility, even though it says it is in Jacksonville, when the other order had been in Jacksonville for a couple of days. I contacted the shipping company, then it appears on my doorstep: the wrong item I didn't order instead of the items that I ordered under the same tracking number that was delivered. This is a nightmare. I will not accept delivery of the next item.
If it's ever found, I do not want these items. I have no interest in doing business with this company. Customer service support is nonexistent. Worst company on the planet.

Lack of communication was absolutely awful. Will never buy from thredup again. I will also tell people not to buy from them as well.
I was sent a box with 6 shirts for children that I did not order. I am having so much trouble finding out how to return them. I am not computer literate, so that doesn't help.

Absolutely confusing. Most of the contant was cut off by CS saying I was not responding while I was responding.
I keep being asked the same questions over and over. Why can’t someone simply look at my account and fix the issue?!
I have been trying to resolve an order that was supposed to be canceled for two weeks. CS asks the same questions over and over with no resolution.
The absolute worst customer service. Sad because I believe in the concept of the company.

Veho is the reason
I actually loved ThredUp, and ordered many times. But since they switched to Veho, I've lost as many packages as I've gotten.
Veho does nothing, ThredUp will sometimes refund, but it's just too much hassle at this point, with a 50% delivery success rate. I won't order from them again until they change delivery services.

I called the company & sent emails they sent me a babys coat that was advertised as womans...I will never buy from them again.

They rip you off literally
I sent them a 30 pound bag of clothes and several items were missing from what they accepted and what they listed as unacceptable. What tf happened to the rest of it?
I made a video of it being packed up took pix of everything in the bag. Also they pay u like $1.07 for a blouse they sell for $16 and $10 for boots they sell for $60, don't sell or buy from them go to Poshmark or mercari. They rob the sellers and if you want your stuff back you have to pay $10 per item to get it if they even allow it. I'm going to get a class action lawsuit started on them and the shady *** they do.
I told them I want my items pulled off the for sale site and donated, they have ripped off enough already. I want them out of business and if you are a seller go to Poshmark or mercari and do it yourself and you will get most of your money, they are fair at least.

No one has contacted me yet to resolve my issue. I feel totally ripped off. This has been the worst experience ever and I plan on letting everyone I know in my social platform what a horrible company Thredup is.
I can not get a response from anyone. I tried opening a chat, called a phone number and responded to this site.I ordered two items that arrived extremely late.
I want my money back and to send back the unopened package free of a fee or shipping charge. This company, Thredup is unreachable.
Order JBM96GDARHBZ. Order arrived too late.
I do not want it and didn't want to pay anything extra for the return. I want my money paid in full returned.

I placed an order in March 18, 2025. The money was taken out of my account and the order is now showing as pending. I tried to contact customer service, but no resolve.
I have been a customer since 2019 and been pleased until I placed an order on 03/18/2025. The money for the order was taken out of my account.
The history of orders on the website says that it is still pending. I want this issues resolved, but receiving this order or getting a refund.

I was sent damaged merchandise
Items should be thoroughly checked before sending to a customer or marked damaged. I would like to send them back for a full refund or I plan on making a complaint with the BBB and a review if this isnt handled in a fair way. I was a good customer but have been extremely disappointed with my last few purchases in which I plan on donating unless I can return them. I bought a pair of brand new Zara jeans with the tags still on them and they are stretched out and were worn.
Im getting merchandise that is not marked accurately when it states the condition. Please let me know how to proceed.

Message states that I, customer, cancelled last 5 orders which I DID NOT cancel!!. I have 5 confirmation numbers, complete copies of orders showing items ordered and never received any of my last 5 orders.
Why?? what is going on, I was a very good VIT customer and ordered large orders quite regularly.
Please explain and FIX ASAP. Send items that I order in future, and any already ordered at price they were ordered at,if still available- No way to treat good customer- Terrible!!
