They rip you off literally
I sent them a 30 pound bag of clothes and several items were missing from what they accepted and what they listed as unacceptable. What tf happened to the rest of it?
I made a video of it being packed up took pix of everything in the bag. Also they pay u like $1.07 for a blouse they sell for $16 and $10 for boots they sell for $60, don't sell or buy from them go to Poshmark or mercari. They rob the sellers and if you want your stuff back you have to pay $10 per item to get it if they even allow it. I'm going to get a class action lawsuit started on them and the shady *** they do.
I told them I want my items pulled off the for sale site and donated, they have ripped off enough already. I want them out of business and if you are a seller go to Poshmark or mercari and do it yourself and you will get most of your money, they are fair at least.

Someone finally got back to me.
There is no customer service 5 ph numbers later and 6 emails with zero response
DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR ITEMS they seem not to be credible. I did thankfully do a complete photo inventory of the box contents as it value was in the thousands

I have been a customer for over 7 years, both buying and selling. Since they changed to consignment, it is no longer worth sending your clothes to them.
They used to buy what they wanted and give you a credit. Now, they charge for the cleanout bag and a processing fee, so much so that even if all your items sell, you only receive a couple of dollars. If you want your unsold items back, that's another fee. BUT, the main problem is their lack of transparency in the accounting on their website.
In 3 days, my account went from $40.12 in available credit to $31.35. When I asked why, I was told $10 had expired. Um, that does not add up.
I also had a return credit of $14.11 that has just disappeared from my available credit on my account. I am submitting a complaint to the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Preferred solution: I have repeatedly requested a full ledger of my account.

Verified ReviewerA complete scam, relying on high fees for profitability
Not only are the fees so high that you invariably get nothing, but they apparently 'forget' to put expensive items on the website for sale. I sent a Walter Steiger handbag (worth roughly $250) in excellent shape, and they said it wasn't good enough.
The same thing happened with a new embroidered tote. This site is a scam and receives horrible reviews on all platforms, even the BBB!

So happy with my purchases
My phone was acting up/broken. The S-pen made 3 Thred Up purchases ON MY behalf. I chatted online with customer service, and was able to cancel 2 of the 3 orders.

No way to get in touch with company

I ordered a size 7 1/2. I had to set up the Apple account with my credit card.
Mission accomplished went back placed my order looked this morning to see item on the way in a size 5 1/2 which is not my size.
This morning product delivered to my doorstep in a size 5 1/2 beautiful but not my size. I want to return it get a label so I can return it and purchase the 7 1/2 still unable to access your return page in order to get a label and proceeded.

There is no way to reach this company to complain or ask questions. Even their chat function is a bot and not a real person.
It, of course, does not understand your comments so it repeats and repeats with canned buttons to push. I will not be ordering from them any longer.
