I have sent items to Thred up and they did sell my items except for one. I sent them another bag in October 2018 and it was received 10/12/2018.

I got notification that it was delivered but no other communication. I am now at 2 months and I sent an email 3 times about the status of my clothes. I finally got word today via email that my items were donated...Wait...what???? A coach purse, new clothes with tags, what???

I am pissed off and I want to be compensated. I could have gotten an email saying hey, we are going to donate do you want them back?
