There is no customer service 5 ph numbers later and 6 emails with zero response
DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR ITEMS they seem not to be credible. I did thankfully do a complete photo inventory of the box contents as it value was in the thousands

What is customer service? I haven't spoken to a live person to resolve this issue. I was told that I would hear back from Customer Service within 24 to 48 hours, but that didn't happen.

Thredup is hit or miss. Sometimes they have goods deals.

However, if they mess up because of their inaccurate posted mesurements for a garmet, then the customer is on the hook for the return. The only way to get the full amount to return is to get a store credit or hope their customer service helps you out and returns it to your original form of payment. This company used to be great when they first started, but after 2021, they have really gone downhill in the customer friendly department. I think this was due to them going public.

The business is about generating value for their shareholders now instead of their customers. Thredup was such a great concept, but being listed on the Nasdaq has diluted its' potential.

I have left messages with my email and no response. I do not want a shopping credit for my return- I want my refund to go towards the new Visa card that I have left in my settings pertaining to my account. $39.32
