Chico's 1.5 is not a medium. I work for Chico's for years and size one 6 + 8 and size 2 is medium start 10 to 12. Size 1.5 is a perfect size between 1 and 2. It is not a medium. My saved search is 4 1.5. You keep sending me messages more new items added to my search. When I open the message it all says mediums. You are losing me and other customers by calling it a medium. Please keep the 1.5 and your sizes. Thank you. Dominique Heller.

Missing items and missing return

I always put 10 to 20 pounds in my boxes. I received an email that my box had only one item in it. This is not possible. Furthermore, I was doing a large return of items and was not given the mailing label. Chat sent it to me, and now that mailing label isn't connected to my account. If you deal with ThredUp - document everything! Keep your mailing weights and photograph what you mail in.

Wrong address. Christine Roukey no longer lives there. What the *** is wrong with your system. I need to return a product that does not belong to me. Delivered incorrectly. Im sure she wants her clothing. Stop this computer from being annoying.

I have ordered and returned 2 items - the first had a moth hole. The second was dirty. And Im trying to return a third item that has multiple moth holes. I want to speak to a customer service representative to change my return from a thredUP credit to a full refund. I dont want to do business with this sloppy company any more.

Would like an item returned

Hi, I recently sent a package of clothes to sell. I believe I accidentally added a hat that was not meant to be included in the package. Is there any chance you are able to send the hat back to me? Bags not being confirmed

The bags I sent is not recognized yet through thread up account when I go into my account. I sent it 4 weeks ago. Thread up is so irresponsible of taking their customers anxiety too easy. I am lost right now with the bags that has high end fashion items and I am really angry at thread up.

This consumer is even more pissed! ThredUP has a circular system for supposedly connecting with Cust. Service via email/chat. I have tried both avenues several timesno response from ThredUP.style="- Reason for call is that 3 items were returned, and show up as refunded on my account, but none were credited to my account. It has been almost a month since the returns were made and about a week and a half since I first tried to reach them.

User's recommendation: Think carefully about the return policy. I’m in the hole for over $50 in returned items that qualified for refunds, but my account was never credited. There is NO way to reach thredUP directly!

Received product I didn’t order.

I cancelled my subscription after my first delivery because the service was terrible. You have delivered another goody box that I did not order. I have not touched it and will leave it in the driveway until you send a carrier to pick it up.

I called the number given for customer service. The message said to leave a message only if it had to do with hard-of-hearing communication. They said no other requests would be dealed with and calls would not be returned.
